Quality and inspection
Quality checkpoints for wholesale and private label denim: fabric, in-line, final inspection and measurement checks.

Each program follows the same checkpoints. The methods, standards and sampling levels are agreed in the spec sheet. For the tests behind these checkpoints, see fabric testing.
| Checkpoint | What is checked | Standard or sampling level |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric check | Shrinkage, colorfastness and weight checks | Pending |
| In-line inspection | Checks during sewing against the spec sheet | Pending |
| Final inspection | Sampling plan and defect classes | Pending |
| Measurement check | Measurements against the approved size chart | Pending |
| Labeling check | Labels, hang tags and carton marking | Pending |
What we do not publish
We do not show test results, certifications or factory audits on this site until they are provided and verified for a specific program.
Sample approval
Bulk production starts only after the approved sample and the written spec sheet are signed off. The sample inspection checklist lists what buyers verify at this stage.
